There is no obligation to continue past the initial 16 week programme however most of my clients are so happy with their progress they choose to retain my services with a rolling monthly coaching plan.
NO! It is not necessary to have access to either a gym or equipment, however your goals must reflect this. I will always be honest with you and if your goals and expectations are not in line with the time you are willing to commit or the equipment you have access to I will tell you so.
You get better bang for your buck with a full programme…. No more wasted time and expense on never ending weekly sessions that don’t move you any closer towards your goals. This programme length allows us to make significant progress on your goals while also giving us suitable time to work on forming good habits and routines that will see you making progress for the long term.
Absolutely NOT! If you are looking for meal plans then you have 100% come to the wrong place.
I coach my clients to understand their energy requirements and their energy balance and how they can influence them. I provide insight into calorie density and how to setup their nutrition without having any foods “off limits”.
I provide my clients with the knowledge to empower them to make long term sustainable choices which meal plans simply DO NOT facilitate.
I don’t simply give you a plan and walk away counting my money, I work with my clients closely to keep them on track and provide them with the support, encouragement and motivation they need to succeed.
There is a catch though!…. You have to want it too! There is no coach in the world that can make you do something you don’t want to do. You have to commit and join the programme with a positive attitude and open mind. You have to be willing to make the changes to get the results. I can’t do that for you.
